I would give 0 stars if possible. Husband brought phone in for repair. Guy replaced screen. Charged $170.00. Phone then went haywire, randomly calling out and texting, turning on flashlight, and other various glitches. He took back to store and guy told him there was nothing wrong with it. He had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Guy said screen was defective and my husband paid $140.00 more dollars to get it fixed. The Fix would not issue my husband any type of credit for defective screen and while we were there trying to get credit, they charged a customer $50.00 to install new phone case and screen protector. Walked in during a trip to Walmart and the gentleman behind the counter examined the phone. Told me what he thought was wrong and promised he’d have it fixed in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, went back and phone was fixed and ready to go.
