I called Monday to place an order for pick up, showed up 10 mins later to pick up my order. He asked me my phone number over the phone & when I got there, I gave it to him, he checked all the orders and said "No I don't have that, you must of called wrong place" NO, NO I didn't. So I got my phone, called the number back and the phone rang- It was the right number. Instead of taking my order, which I asked him to multiple times because he didn't put mine in, he answered the phone and COMPLETELY ignored me. He had a line of 5 deep, didn't want to take my order after his mistake and then decided to answer the phone instead. So after I waited a while - the phone order was taking forever and I just left. I have been frequenting this establishment for years. I recently moved out of the area and on a visit decided to stop at one of my old time favorites. I ordered sesame chicken with shrimp lo mein combo and the food was absolutely hideous so much so I called to share my disdain in the meal. to my surprise, I was asked what the food taste like. I shared in detail how nasty everything was instead of trying to make things right I was told from the person on the phone that they would let the chef know. There was no attempt to write the fact that I had spent , so much money that night in food no one in the family was able to enjoy. Post Covid no contact with the employee except through a small window and card used through the plexiglass hole to swipe the credit card. Sweet tea was in a good container with a lid. The food to be reheated from already made batches of rice and broccoli. Seats had a weird plastic film on top. The inside was very warm and almost hot, ceiling fans were turned off with a temp of 95 degrees outside. Could find the restaurant food rating displayed anywhere after we ordered and got our food. The entire restaurant was advertising "we don't care here's your food" Visitor and customer beware what upside down world you may walk into. Will not return. We just wanted a quick lunch ..left worried about...
