This store has no integrity and will sign you up for crap you didn't ask for. I went into the store only wanting mobile service and in the end they signed me up for insurance and air internet, both i explicitly didn't ask for and wasn't asked before adding. Also, they signed documents for an agreement on my behalf while I wasn't even around and using the bathroom. This store is no good and only care about quotas. It's fraudulent and I will be going to confront the employees. Do not use this store to get service. They will spit in your face and then shake your hand at the end like they did you a favor. Now I get to waste my time undoing what they did to my account. On top of that, they used the wrong number on my account intentionally so I couldn't get the verification code and was stuck with the extra added on crap so I couldn't cancel so easily and they get their commission. Assistant manager Brian and his associates all were aware of this. I will be going a step above about this.
EDIT: I am editing this review as this was all a big misunderstanding. Brian and his team are great and everything they do is to give you the best deal possible. After leaving this review and going in store, Brian reached out to me and gave me a call and sorted everything out and discussed everything in depth with me in a calm and cool demeanor. He even gave me his contact info so I could reach out anytime to him with questions. I am glad I was able to work things out over the phone with Brian and get detail on what was being done in depth. I urge anyone who thinks they may have a bad experience at this store to at least hear Brian out and what he has to say before leaving any kind of bad review. I want to thank Brian and his team for their professionalism and kindness and not taking any of this to...
Read moreI purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max online on December 24th, 2020 and was ensured through a chat session (which I have a copy of) and speaking to a customer service representative that if I traded in my iPhone XR for this new phone I would qualify for the $700 promotion they had going on at the time. I took screen shots of my cart at check out where it reflected the $13.33 for the installment plan and then the $5 a month for the next up plan. I have yet to pay that for the iPhone 12 Pro Max and I’m currently paying full price of $36.67 for the last 5 months. I have called every month and spent approximately 20 hours on this issue being promised each time this issue will be fixed and receiving credits of $15 because that representative couldn’t help me due to having no authority. Claims/tickets have been submitted and then I get a notification on April 24th, 2021 saying the ticket is closed so I assume it is resolved and await my phone bill. I open my phone bill today and it is still the same with my installment plan being $36.67 plus $5 for the next up plan. I call again and still receive no solution to the issue. I followed all of the steps in trading in as I was directed through chat and phone calls and I am being told that I don’t qualify when I have screen shots and multiple chats sessions and notes where I’m guaranteed this will be fixed. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Att lies and provides false advertisement online and over the phone. Representatives are not trained properly because you get a different answer every time. I’m VERY FRUSTRATED and will never trade a phone in again and will discontinue service as soon as our installment plans are...
Read moreAnthony (apparently the store manager) was the rudest salesperson I've met anywhere. He badmouthed the rep from another store after telling him the problems I was having with a hotspot router. After checking his inventory he told me he had a replacement so I drove a half-hour home and a half-hour back. After looking at the device and refusing to answer my questions he got a different device and said it was the same thing, though it clearly wasn't. He then said it was just a different model. When I asked if it was newer/older or different brand or different specs he again refused to answer and said it was the same thing. When I asked what it was called to look it up and compare on my phone, he said I'm offering you a solution take it or leave it. I said to give me my stuff back and he shoved it in the box in pieces and said to get out or he's calling the police. I said I wanted my other sim card back and he said he threw it away. I again said I want my other sim card and he said he wasn't going in the trash for it (while the other employees were looking in the trash) and he was counting down 5,4,3... to call the police. He forced me out without my sim card so I called the police for what I believe was a larceny. The officer I spoke with said that guy (Anthony) has been a problem and was already in trouble for stealing signs. After speaking with the police they weren't interested in taking the time to deal with it so I was left with just getting a replacement device through AT&T Corporate where I also filed a formal complaint and this negative reivew. I seriously hope the store owner sees this and takes...
