We have tried this pizza place 2 times & will not be back again. The pizza is not bad, but the service is the worst. The first time we ordered on line. We went to pick it up and their machine wouldn't take our credit card. After several attempts the girl said just take it. We felt obligated to try them again after we got the free pizza, so we again ordered on line. This time we paid for it on the web site. They said give it 35 to 45 minutes. It was the day after Christmas, so they were busy. We showed up to get it about 30 minutes after ordering. We waited another 40 minutes, standing in the restaurant. It was crazy in there. They were making 1 pizza at a time & sitting down in the office to wait. The manager on duty had no clue what he was doing. The phone was ringing off the hook. They only answered half the time. One guy got tired of waiting & got his money back. There was a lady that was there before us & only got her order as we were leaving. No one understood what to make first, there was one guy who was folding & stacking boxes instead of making the pizzas or answering phones. We were asked 3 or 4 times what we ordered & what name it was under. They offered us a free drink for our trouble but we just took our pizza and left. What a shame Papa John's can't train or hire...
Read moreBe aware that this store uses door dash to deliver. We ordered from a Holiday Inn whose address was Mariott Circle. It is across the street from a Mariott. At 8:55pm it showed order delivered in my Papa John’s App. We had no pizza. I called the front desk who said door dash often delivers it to the hotel across the street. I called the restaurant and she said that’s probably what happened. She did offer to remake the order and send it out again, but that took another hour. I understand that it wasn’t really her fault, but ultimately they chose to use door dash so the buck does stop with them. We pre tipped through the papa John’s app so we cannot even adjust the tip or make a complaint there because it just says to call the store. When the replacement was sent out, the driver texted and asked what hotel. When I told them Holiday in, they incorrectly advised me that it said Marriot. I corrected him and we finally got our food.
The food was good. It was warm when we finally got it, but choosing to use DoorDash makes for a frustrating experience for the customer, and not offering anything to make it right besides late food is a little...
Read moreFor Superbowl I ordered pizzas and while checking the order at the store. I noticed the Canadian bacon pineapple pizza was only a pineapple pizza. I asked the worker if he could locate the CB in case I just wasn’t seeing it or if it was possibly made with it under the cheese. He said it wasn’t on there and to remake the pizza would be around 30 minutes (they were understandably jam packed) I told him that, that wouldn’t be needed if I could just get some on the side and he let me know I’d need to warm it when I got home. We did that and we just didn’t care for the pizza. It wasn’t the same and it would just kind of fall off. I contacted PapaJohns to tell them how we were dissatisfied with the pizza and that they tried and we tried to bring the pizza back to life. We were credited back onto my pizza account to get the order over again. We redeemed those pizzas and they were amazing and I really appreciate the ease of the whole process and Papa John’s being so willing to make it right. It’s only right to give them a good review to finish it off because they care about getting it...
