I had accidently scheduled my appointment for a week after the date I actually meant to schedule it for so when I called her and we realized that there was a mistake from my part, she was quick to ask me by when did I need them and scheduled me the day after! My experience during my appointment was just as great as the service I had initially gotten through our last call. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and we proceeded to sharing music and playing some VIBESS while we exchanged stories.
