I would avoid this place if possible. The gentlemen that did my nails smelled strongly of cigarettes which is something I could’ve looked over had the rest of the experience gone okay. I got my SNS removed and then regular polish put on after. While removing the SNS, he cut my finger (no big deal accidents happen) and I bled a little but what bothered me is that he then used this same tool on another customer immediately after without sanitizing the tool. That was a huge red flag to me. All of the regular polish also looked expired and had that orange tint floating at the top that old nail polishes have. Every single one I looked at had this. Then I was drying them, and had only been sitting for a few minutes before he rushed me out saying they were dry and prompted me to pay. He quoted me $10 for the regular polish and I even tipped him $5. Then he starts talking to a lady who I assume is the owner and runs my card. I look at the computer screen and he ran it for $25.00. I ask why it was $25 and not $15 and she chimes in that he forgot to charge me for the SNS removal which added another $10. Fine but I did not appreciate them discussing this and not letting me know prior to running my card for more money than quoted with no explanation…seems very shady and not sure how they get repeat customers. When I got in my car, I ruined my still wet nails on my seatbelt even though he insisted they were done and dry. I was going to wait 5 more minutes but he basically ushered me out. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! Worst experience I have ever had. After 4 days my nails starting coming off and most were lifting. I called the manager and she said that was normal and that people get a fill every 1 or 2 weeks. That is insane I have never had my nails filled that often. She told me the product they used was “better for your nails” but I don’t believe that for a second. So I asked the manager if she would fix the nails and she told me she would. So I went in and the manager fixed my nails and she wouldn’t talk to me or even look at me. She was very rough on my nails and I felt extremely uncomfortable. The nails were not the same length or shape she was just trying to get me out of her chair. Then while I was waiting for my nails to dry she went over to the computer and made a contact under my name and wrote in the notes section about how I was a horrible customer. Very unprofessional. One of the nails that fell off had a design and she refused to match it and repaint the design (which was a simple stripe). I got up to leave and said I was very disappointed with the service I received and that I would not be coming back and the manager started screaming at me and then followed me out the door as I walked to my car yelling at me to never show my face there again. I literally felt threatened and scared to be at that nail salon. This was all because I wanted 2 nails that had fallen off fixed. Very displeased with the service we received last weekend. By the end of the night, my toe nail polish was extremely smudged, and chipped. I have been getting pedicures my whole life and have NEVER had this happen before. I had gone in for services with my family, and their nails/toenails were smudged and chipped as well if not worse. My cousin had her nails done, and they were bubbled on every nail and chipping before the end of the night. I called the following Monday to complain about the service we received and they said because we didn’t get gel they couldn’t guarantee our service. I asked if that was written anywhere and they said no. The person I talked to also said we should have stayed an additional 30 minutes, and walked out with their foam flip flops. That was NEVER communicated, and when asked if we were good to leave they said yes. We even stayed 30 minutes additional plus some after they were finished. My cousin who got her nails done even when under the dryer and her nails were the worst. The person I spoke to said they would be calling their manager and getting back to me, and never did.
