I don’t normally post reviews but I had such a horrible experience here that I had to share it, either in hopes the business will see and fix the issue or it wards someone off. Attached are photos of my nails as I walked away from the salon. I called ahead for an appointment (acrylic dip) at 4 pm—said I was flexible on the time—and when I got there it was full. The woman assigned to me was actively giving another woman a manicure and pedicure. As someone who consistently gets my nails done I know it’s normal to overbook and sometimes have someone work on two people at once. But the woman put acetone foils on my fingers (taking old dip off) and left me sitting. 25 minutes later someone else finally checked my nails and said they needed more time to sit. I always get the dip—it NEVER takes that long-usually the acetone makes the dip flexible so a file takes the rest off. But I said “ok” maybe this is how they do things here. I waited another 20 MINUTES, no one checked on me. By now it had been 45 MINUTES since I first sat in the chair and all they had done was put my nails in acetone. My fingers started feeling hot and were burning and I had to pull the foils off myself before I had a skin reaction.it usually takes an hour and a half tops to do my dip, and seeing as it had already been almost an hour and my nails hadn’t even been filed yet, I had to leave. They were going to charge me upwards of $50 (average price) for my nails and I wasn’t willing to pay for that service. I left with my fingers burning and had to soak them in cook water when I got home. Filed them myself and will take my business elsewhere. I hope this business sees this review and will take it not as negative but as constructive criticism—please don’t do that to someone else.

So me and my daughter were visiting family from out of state and we thought we should go get our nails done so we didn't have to do it going back home. I am personally a nail technician myself and sometimes I know doing our own nails takes time, but I am very disappointed of how my nails were done it was rushed wasn't properly smooth out, right? My nail tips were put on crooked. The filing was poorly done and they were so fat lumpy square nails my cuticles were not cut. Neither was my daughters. Seriously, I felt like other people that were in there weren't rush. I don't understand why me and my daughter were. For the money that I paid $138 plus tipping both of the nail technicians I was very disappointed. Me and my daughter got in the vehicle and I told her this is the most poorly done nail set I've ever gotten. I should've just did my own nails and Hers at home. So me and my daughter had to find a Sally's beauty supply store so I could grab some files and file down. The Mess on my nails. Looking at the photo the left hand side is my filing the right hand side is the nail salon filing. My husband said it looked horrible. Now I have to try to fix someone else's work. The fact that I had to spend $35 at Sally's to try to fix my nails is ridiculous more than what I anticipated. So please take your time and practice on applying your product and filing to get the right shape. Take accountability that you just took my money and rushed on our nails and you want to charge ridiculous Amount for. For it to look like this.

I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. This was truly the worst nail salon experience I’ve had in my life (I’ve been to 30+ all over the country). I have gotten my nails done religiously for 5 years straight and getting dip each time- and I’ve NEVER, EVER had chipped dip or a broken nail (even after 4 weeks of having it.) For reference, the photo is a picture of my nails chipped off and broken 5 days after having them done. he initially put 2 layers of regular top coat over my dip, and it dried horribly and was bumpy and sticky. I asked him to remove it and do a gel top coat, but he refused and slapped ANOTHER layer of gel top coat on top and sent me to leave. The day after getting them done, the gel clear coat over my dip was PEELING OFF- they were ALL messed up (I didn’t go back in to have them fixed because I had already left town). They started to chip over the next few days, and then you see my nails even broke. I wasted 3 hours of my life here for the worst mani/pedi and. It took them an hour and 5 minutes JUST to take my dip off that I had when I came in. I also asked the manager 1/4 into my pedicure if I could have someone else do it for me because the current lady was not doing a good job, and he simply says “OH, BUT SHES GOOD.” and looked away to ignore the situation. The employees here, including the manager, all had horribly energy. DO NOT COME HERE.

I've been here a few times before and had great experiences so I'll leave the rating at 4 stars. It's generally clean, comfortable, and provides great services for a fair price. They were off their game today. Big time. I'll often opt for just a pedicure but decided to treat myself to a manicure as well. They decided to do both services at the same time which was awful. Not only could I not enjoy my pedicure because I was twisted to the left, balancing a pillow and towel on my lap and a bowl of water on one hand while the tech worked on the other. Ignoring the friend I came with and being thoroughly stressed. No less than 4 different techs worked on my hands while the pedicure tech rushed through her service probably just to get out of the way. She did a fine job though. My hands were another story. Tech one trimmed & shaped my nails. Tech 2 cut my finger doing my cuticles. Tech 3 attempted an exfoliation scrub which left me covered in the scrub. Then dumped hot paraffin wax all over me. I do mean all over. It was on my arms and sleeve and didn't notice until I got to the car that she had also dumped it down my pant leg and didn't say anything. The next tech came to paint my nails...which were still greasy from the prior treatments since I wasn't allowed to wash my hands. Undoubtedly the bubbled polish will peel off in a day or two which is fine because she left the left side of every nail unpolished. Yet another tech came over and offered to have them redone. While appreciated the offer the entire experience today was stressful and unpleasant. I finally left, covered in paraffin wax and over charged since they forgot to apply my discount.

Today was not indicative of my other experiences there but be I will not be doing multiple services at the same time again. ...

I called at 6:15pm to see if they could take us in that night and they said, yes, come in. We arrived at 6:30 and found a completely full shop. After 35 minutes they sat us for our pedicures - my water was ice cold. Apparently they ran it when we arrived and let it sit. Also, they don't use liners in their basins. We were sent to our chairs but nobody greeted us. While they started my daughters pedicure, I sat and soaked my feet for 45 minutes before somebody acknowledged me. No exaggeration! The woman sat down without a greeting or an apology for waiting and proceeded to start filing my toes while talking to all of the staff. I repeatedly tried to tell her what I wanted and couldn't get her attention and finally had to pull my foot away for her to notice. I ordered the Deluxe ($35!) pedicure and she proceeded to rush through the cuticle trimming and callous removal, wrapped my feet in scorching towels, rubbed the same spot in my legs until they were raw! When she removed my towels she tried massaging my feet and it was the most painful thing I've had done to my feet! I had to pull them away. She then polished my toes and walked away to clean before even putting a topcoat on. I stopped another shop attendant when my tech didn't come back and he told me she did a top coat! I said that she hadn't so after talking to her, he finally added the topcoat. Needless to say, my daughters pedicure started 45 minutes before me, I finished just 5 minutes after her. We both agreed we would never return. She was charged an extra $4 for her polish and they didn't scrub her callouses either. I would give zero...
