Worst customer service ever. Go to Baskin Robbins. Both females working today just were horrible. I asked first girl a few questions about cookies cake. She seemed like want to communicate with me. I told her I wanted to order a cookie and she said it would take hours to make. I asked the manager on duty (I think Rick) and he said he could make one in about half hour. While he was in back, she said she was suppose to leave at 5. When the second girl (I think Haylee) showed up, first girl told her we been waiting. She wanted to help others first. When I went to pay almost $60, she said internet was down and I would get points later. I asked her to document it on my receipt. She came back and said since we paid, we can no longer get points. I asked her about free ice cream when you buy cookie. She only gave me $5 gift card (I paid $6.40). She said it's the same thing. No, it's not. $6.40 in my pocket isn't same as $5 to spend at marble Slab. But Rick did great on my cookie, minus the "y" on happy. LoL. Don't go here. Go to Baskin Robbins.

P.s. they have a sign saying, they charge $10 if you are grumpy, mean, ect. I think we should get $10 discount for...

The ice cream always seems melted but I had been waiting for national ice cream day for like a.month and a half so I can finally get marble slabs ice cream at a decent price. I went in there with my mom and the place was hot and the ice cream was extra melt. So now I don't even get to use my buy one get one free coupon from the ap. Nobody wants to get sick eating melted ice cream besides the fact that it's not appetizing. Poor ppl spending $8-$9 for some ice cream as it is. I might not be going back after today. Now the banana splits are $13 minus 5 cents. The "best value" is $9.49 plus tax. I bought a cookie and he gave me the tiniest cookie of them all, that he could find in that whole cookie stack for $3 plus tax. I can get gelato at any store which is a bit healthier and probably slightly better Ice cream and better ingredients just, without the mix-ins. The fruit looks always disgusting and almost gone. Terrible service at Brooks Citybase location. Placed $50+ order on 5/27/2021 through Doordash and recieved nothing near what was ordered. Essentially, I paid $50 for 2 tiny melted ice cream cups and a melted milkshake. When I called the location, the employee answered with, "Hello", so I had to ask if I was calling Marble Slab and it was all an uphill battle from there. Long story short, nobody at Marble Slab took ownership of their mistake. I was placed on a 20 minute hold, and then was told it was Doordash's fault. I wasn't aware that Doordash not only delivers but also takes and prepares the orders before they deliver. That's quite fascinating. As far as the quality of the ice cream is concerned, I'm sure it would have been delicious if not for the fact that it was melted and not what we ordered. The melted ice cream was also not Doordash's fault as I don't live far from the location and could track the delivery in the app. It's quite clear that my order was left out on a counter to get nice, warm, and syrupy for us.
