I would give you zero stars due today going in at 5:20pm on 4/11/25 . I came in with my 3 kids one of kids is 2 I have to put him in the stroller when we go in public due to kid being so active and loves playing . I had the most bad experience today please look back on the camera the man in front register. Was really rude he treated us with the worst customer service . I understand I need to buy something but come on I told him I need to change my son’s diaper before I order . He had me waiting for a while I had to walk up front to ask him 3 x to let me use the restroom to change my son . All he cared about was if I’m ordering something or picking up an order . When we walked in my 2 girls you can look back on the camera and see they went to order water like I told them too while I change my son’s diaper . So that is us being a customer it took him 20 minutes to hand my kids a cup of water !!!!!! My kids are 10 and 8 come on now there just kids like really it doesn’t state water doesn’t count as being a customer . I order 3 non water drinks and 3 desserts after he finally let me take my son to the restroom to change him who is 2 years old . . We planed to stay at Starbucks to sit and enjoy our food we were going to order but felt unwelcome he kept staring at us like if we were causing a problem ( again look at the camera ) . The guy kept staring at us and it just ruined my mood and felt unwelcome so we left and took it to our car and ate . In his voice as we were leaving his voice seemed happy we were leaving saying bye thank you . As a mom of a 2 year old who fights to not sit in his car seat ( I try to always go to drive though as much as possible) leaving his favorite bakery is super upsetting . My son is 2 and he recognized your store by the logo . Due to us always stopping by for his snack time . Was super upsetting we all couldn’t and especially him not able to...
Read moreThe drive-thru encounter with barista "Em" was a shocking display of unparalleled rudeness and disrespect. Barely moments into perusing the menu, I was met with a scolding for not instantaneously deciding on my order, despite my infrequent visits to Starbucks. In a tone dripping with condescension, Em abruptly interrupted my attempt to respond, dismissing me as an inconvenience and instructing me to speak only when deemed suitable. To add insult to injury, the two baristas left the headset on and proceeded to make mockery and sardonic commentary while I’m able to hear.
Opting for a safe choice of iced macchiatos, I refrained from any exploration, fearing further disdain. Em's piercingly demanded for me to pull forward, without even a basic display of common courtesy with a total. Upon reaching the window, I was met with the coldest and most inhumane interaction I have ever experienced in a service environment. The baristas continued to say things as they passed the window that reverberated loud and clear, as if to try and make me feel small.
Receiving my drinks, it was evident that carelessness permeated every aspect - from burnt espresso to haphazardly thrown-together ventis. As I adjusted my beverages for the drive ahead, I was callously urged to get on, because I would ruin their precious drive-thru timer. This treatment, far from a mere bad day, felt calculated and deliberate.
A modicum of welcoming energy towards unfamiliar faces or casual patrons wouldn't go amiss, or perhaps, a stark realization that disdain for any incoming business is all too palpable in this establishment. Em, take notice; introspection is sorely needed. People should not be subjected to the vitriol you dispensed today. No thanks to that service and a good luck to them.
Zero stars, don’t recommend. Go somewhere else ,...
Read moreI went for the first time and told them it was my first time with my wife . A tall gentleman took are order . We bought two coffee cappuccinos with vanilla latte with a cheese Danish. They only gave us 1 cappuccino and was missing one more cap and a danish . We asked and they said we didn’t order one cappuccino the gentleman didn’t give us are danish we paid for then we repaid again for the cappuccino he said we didn’t order but I told him we paid he said no so my wife paid for one more cappuccino which is two and we picked up the cappuccino we then went back and showed receipt where was danish they wormed it up we finally received it . We ate danish which I wasn’t impressed and the cappuccino was not that great either. But I can live with it the problem or situation that was troubling was that the tall man went to are table where me and my wife were and lean over me and opened the blinds hovering over me and my wife didn’t say excuse me just did it rudely I just waited and ducked my head down after that I started to clean up and told my wife let’s go outside. I told my wife he was rude to us what he did and we had poor service we won’t be back here for long time I rather drink coffee at wataburger and won’t get treated with this type of service or are missed danish . There were a few people there I don’t seem to get what happened but I feel that it felt like they really don’t care if the customer receives their order or manners like thank you or excuse me or even hi welcome nothing dry...
