Heat — Restaurant in San Antonio

I don’t know if the bar is the one I need to speak to or the entertainment agency responsible for this. But my boyfriend and I were here for the Mistress and Lushious event + meet and greet. I had the worst time at a drag show ever there. Because of improper timing they sped up the meet and greet for my boyfriend and I and I was only able to say hi and bye to them, and I had gifts for them and wanted to see what they had in there because it was a bunch of goodies. More importantly, I honestly don't know who to speak to regarding this; but whoever was in charge of selling floor tickets needs to rethink their quantities when it comes to a small venue like that. It was 100% a safety hazard!!! Everyone in the room was packed like sardines, everyone was being shoved into each other when someone else needed to move elsewhere and it was honestly claustrophobia inducing. You couldn't get to the bar or even the restroom without swimming in people. If you were physically handicap you would have been s.o.l. Had a fire started in there (or god forbid, a shOOter) we all would have been sitting ducks and/or everyone would have trampled each other to death. Please rethink your ticket sales next time. The people's safety ALWAYS comes first before...

It was my first night in San Antonio, so I went to this bar as it was recommended. At first, good music was playing but it was kinda empty. After 2pm, it started getting busy once the other bars closed. I was standing at the bar and approached by another patron who was quite relentless. The bartender completely ignored us for about 20 minutes as he kept walking back and forth pretending to be busy, although not actually helping anyone. Meanwhile, I was being groped by this man next to me that I wanted nothing to do with. I tried to get the bartender’s attention finally succeeding after a gruesome 20 minutes, ordering an angel shot which I assumed would be universal bar code for help. However, that was not the case as the bartender merely informed me that alcohol sales had ceased for the night. Perhaps a more thorough training is required of Heat’s bartenders to understand when their patrons are being harassed and when to intervene because I felt completely unsafe. Quite honestly, if this bartender had even attempted to make eye contact in our general vicinity within these 20 minute he could have recognized that something was not right. Not a safe...

We ordered the VIP section and we got 3 bottles of the Crown Apple Peach the staff took away the last one without even telling us and didn’t let us drink our alcohol on the dance floor? Which was weird because everyone else was allowed we ended up paying $300 and they added a tip for themselves of $60 which we didn’t sign for the staff let us buy the last bottle after 2 AM then told us they couldn’t let us have it because it’s after 2?!? It was RIDICULOUS! Paid for it and didn’t even get to drink it?!
