LiberT - Tshirts and Souvenirs — Local services in San Antonio

We visited every souvenir/tshirt shop across the Alamo in search of the place we wanted to get some shirts made. Our favorite was by far LiberT.  Outstanding selection (both prints and Tshirt material), atmosphere, and the young lady helping was very friendly.  We happily purchased four shirts to be printed and they were done in no time at all.  Needless to say when I sat down originally to write this review I started with "if you want any shirts made in San Antonio go here."  Unfortunately our satisfaction did not last long...I noticed after two washes that the square from I assume the screen printing was visible, so visible I could no longer wear the shirt in public. I decided to message the customer service email address provided after seeing that many reviews receive responses online. I sent the following inquiry...

"I purchased a shirt (neon pink short sleeve) and had a screen print (home inside Texas) done at LiberT the last weekend in September. We had an absolutely outstanding experience and purchased a total of 4 shirts. However, I've now washed the shirt on the gentle cycle tumble low dry twice and can now see the markings from the screen print (large darker pink square). What happened? Is there any way to fix this? I'm disappointed that I've only worn this shirt twice and hope I will still be able to. I'm also concerned now about the other shirts we purchased. I can provide pictures upon request."

In a timely manner I received the following response...

"Hello there. Sorry for this incident. Would you please send the pictures of the shirts and the copy of receipt for the purchase Thanks. Daniel 77ts & Liber-T customer care"

I was impressed and reassured that my issue would be resolved.  When gathering pictures of the shirts I noticed that all four shirts now all had the square outline.  Hope was given that things would be resolved. I emailed the pictures and bank statement proving the purchase and waited.  Unfortunately, I am still waiting five weeks later. I've sent three additional emails and still nothing.  Needless to say I am disappointed. Disappointed that an amazing experience and awesome shirts turned into shirts that might as well be turned into rags. Purchase...

As I walked into the establishment, I smelled an aroma.. The aroma of integrity, professionalism, and pride. I was greeted at the door by Erika who had brought me water for my parched soul. I was skeptical at first since I only drink the great Dr.Pepper that originated from the great lands of Texas. She assured me that the water was nothing less than from a Lone Star spring. I bought some phone charger cord protectors that were in the shapes of animals.but most of all I did enjoy some good Texas spring water and that deserved a five...

I purchased 8 t-shirts and 6 shot glasses from this store just prior to leaving San Antonio. Well needless to say in the two bags: 3 shirts were the ones bought, 2 shirts were not & 3 were missing and only 2 shot glasses were in the bag & none were mine. I hope the poor person who got my bag(s) can use the items. Will definitely let my friends who will be traveling to San Antonio for a large family vacation next spring to stay away... so disappointed some family & friends will not...
