Plaza Market Place — Local services in San Antonio

Just came out of the ripley wacky museum on a trip with my friends. Where we enter this store and soon after my friend can’t find their phone, so we look at find my iphone and it says her phone is in the building of the same shop we went into. So we came back and asked the owner if he’s seen any lost phones. He says no, but tells us we’re free to look around. We look around and cant find it, we try looking at the shop behind the shop the building is connected to. We look and it’s a club that is closed which we also never went into. We come back and ask the owner if he’s sure. He says yes that there’s no phone and then threatens the cops on us? We check the location again and it says it’s still in the same building. Don’t know if he took the phone though, but got very angry after we asked for no reason. We were calm and being polite too just worried for my friend. Just for him to threaten to call the cops on us for coming back and asking him. The shop had some cool looking leather...

One star is entirely too much to give this store ! I am staying at the hyatt across the street. I came into the store shopping with my family for souvenirs before leaving the state. The cashier comes around the counter to watch us look at things inside the store. He hasn't ask any customer who has entered the store if they needed any help, but us. I explained that we did not, but I did not like how he was watching us, so I told my family let's go. As we're leaving from the store he asks us where a toy was. As if we would steal anything out of the store. I was truly offended that someone not only would think i would steal out of the store but a $10.00 toy at that. My family and i was definitely profiled in this store.I will neverrrrr tell anyone to shop here or even enter this store. Customer service...

Giving even lower than one star would be too high for this store. A man who identified himself as Frank greeted me at the door with lists of everything on sale. I was checking out with some items and asked if there was a discount if I paid in cash like so many stores want. He immediately started yelling at me saying I was accusing him of stealing. Of course I was shocked. That was not my intention and told him so. He continued to yell and throw about his arms. He kept screaming even as I was leaving the store. Hopefully there will not be an incorrect charge on my credit card. The final words would be to keep walking, preferably running...
