I want to give this place a good review after the āfaceliftā it got. The aisles are more organized for the most part, less disaster of items scattered everywhere and never put back in their place. Iāll give it to management, there is a good amount of staff in the aisles consistently putting items in their place. But thatās where it stops. Something shattered in an aisle over and piqued my interested. I paused my music to peak around the corner just to see an employee look at the broken item on the floor, shrug and walk away to tend to a different aisle. I get to the register and the cashier, Joana, is in another world. I found an item I wanted to purchase but it didnāt have a tag. So I asked her to look into it. She brought it to someone and then came back to continue scanning. During this time, she was called over the speaker for her break, which I guess meant she could completely tune out of her job. She finished scanning my items and we were still waiting the price check, so I thought she wouldāve bagged the other items in the meantime. We continued to wait and I said I would just leave the item. She handed me my receipt and that was it. Didnāt bag any of my items, including the fragile items that are typically wrapped in tissue paper to protect them. I asked if she had a bag, she grabbed one and went to hang it to me and then in a hurry started throwing my CANDLES in. I grabbed everything fragile off the counter before she could throw it in and walked out with most of my items unbagged. I think the whole āclose, but no cigarā saying comes...

She said if it is old she canāt accept I told her her itās about 2-3 nights ago she keep asking me whatās department number may be itās old And they will not accept it as I said itās new never used she said itās may be old in the store I said so what if itās old in your store I just bought it . So I gave the dep number and she said oh yah you can come . Off course stupid itās one of your policy I can get store credit donāt be stupid your a manager. I hate this store man just a lot of stupid return policy question itās not like I bought it last month or last year Iām not stupid .! Duh ! Bad bad customer service. Read your policy coz only in this store sometimes itās hard to return but if you go in other places there is not questions as long itās not used and all tags still on . Itās not big deal you know but how she asked and keep asking me stupid questions...
