So disappointed.
Bought two items of clothing. Sweatshirt for myself. Hoodie for my husband. We loved the gear and I knew we wouldn't be returning it. It fit perfectly. Looked genuine. Souvenirs from our time spend on a week vacation away from the snowy east coast.
We moved hotels on our last evening to be spent in San Diego. Amid the move and packing, we lost our receipt of purchase. I didnt care. Like I said, we loved our purchase.
My husband decided to wear his hoodie to dinner in the evening. When he put it on. He noticed a obvious rip on the side. I took it back the following day to ask if I could exchange it for the same thing. I didnt even want my money back. Just wanted one that was not ripped. The employee refused to help me because I had no receipt. I even had the tag that was attached with price, barcode and the name of their business. She still refused. Over a receipt that I didnt care to keep because we were completely satisfied with the purchase at the time. Mind you, after returning home, I had a gazillion receipts of our travels. I was having a nice time. I didn't think the brand new item was going to rip the same day and make returning it a horrible experience, when everywhere else I go in the east, I'm able to return and exchange items of clothing almost until 90 days with or without a receipt.

Read moreWent into this store to seeking some items for myself and for my children with my husband when walking around with a higher end LA dodger sweater for quite sometime and when we approach the back of the store the manager Adam went into the back of the store and said over their walkie talkies to keep an eye on us with the dodger sweater in Spanish to his associates not even a minute later an associate walked up and asked if we wanted a basket and stayed near us practically the whole time we shopped as if we were going to steal the sweater (acting like she was striaghtening tee shirts that were already pretty neat). Completely unprofessional!! Be more aware of customers might know how to speak another language and with prior customer service experience I know most of the tricks to the trades when your watching customers. There's a better approach to the situation and maybe if your not trying to be so conspicuous speak English if that was not what was heard over the walkie talkies. If my husband would of heard me (being hard hearing) when I told him about this situation we wouldn't have bought the items and took our business else where since they do not offer refunds. Don't buy from this unprofessional establishment there's plenty of other stores that probably offer the same...
Read moreI recently bought 10 or so items at this store. I thought the shorts were half off, as they were on the 50% rack. I purchased them only because I believed they were half off. Before leaving store, I went back to register to get the discount. The woman said it wasn't half off. I said o.k. let me just get put them back, since they were not the price I thought. The woman said no you can't get refund. I explained, that I was just at register 1 minute ago, but she said no sales are final. I tried to reason with her, but instead she was hard nosed and said you should have asked, not my problem, no refund... and used opportunity to take advantage of me.
