YOU’LL NEED an MLB SALARY to buy from here… it’s pretty pricey at the Padres’ Team Store. The cheapest jersey starts around $180 and it’s not even authentic, but a replica version. Additionally, some of the store items are kind of taking from other teams, I saw a rally monkey with long limbs (but brown) just like the Angels’ rally monkey, did someone say rip-off? Lol. Also, I wasn’t felling some of the hats or shirts. Green and Brown is a bad combo I’m sorry to say.

This isn’t to say the store didn’t have anything cool. I did find a city connect SnapBack hat that was a decent price. Actually, I LOVE all the city connect merch, it’s such a cool line with a fun 80’s aesthetic that it totally fits the Padres vibe. I bought a city connect SD pin and a couple of other pins for $10 bucks each. Again, everything was too pricey but I had to buy them as I’m trying to collect MLB team enamel pins from each park. The pins are great quality but I’ve been to other stadiums and they don’t overcharge like this store.

I really liked the look of the store, it’s easily accessible from the street during normal business hours and is easy to find during game days. I went on a game day and the line was super long. Security is tight here so have your receipt ready before you leave the premises as they will certainly check you. The store staff was decent but nothing to write home about. I much prefer the prices at the outdoor, smaller merch booths scattered across the stadium. I actually found some of the same pins from the Team Store and for less! It was too late by the time I...

To start, let me clarify that this not a direct review of the physical store itself, but more of my wholistic, negative experience buying a product and the customer service. I went into the Padres store August 13th, bought a grey alternate Jersey, and placed an order for Ha Seong Kim to be placed on the back in Korean characters. I received a call on the 24th of August letting me know that Korean characters are no longer in stock, and that they could only do it in ā€œH.S. Kim.ā€ Ok, cool that’s fine, and I ask them to ship me the order once complete. Fast forward to 15 September, and I have to call to find out that the jersey was lost and that it hadn’t even been completed yet. Ok, they promise to get it done the next day, and overnight it. I didn’t receive a call or tracking number indicating it had been shipped. I receive it, and the jersey only reads ā€œKim,ā€ not the way that Ha Seong has been wearing his jersey this year. I waited over a month, and also didn’t get what I was expecting. Beyond frustrated with this experience and result, and am not even excited to wear this jersey...

As a season ticket holder its is extremely hard to pay with your ballpark app. There system is always ā€œdownā€ and we made a purchase of 4 items almost $200 and they wont even give us two bags for our items, purchase was for two seperate people. Does it really kill your bottom line that much to give out an extra bag for multiple items? I understand the workers are given directions but she had such a bad attitude when were spending our hard earned money at the store to watch pads lose. its the padres management thats is crooked, they already jack up the prices soo much and wont even have the decency to give your a courtesy when spending thousands there yearly. Stay away from here, you can find everything online for not a marked up price. Its already becoming harder and harder to stay a memeber with the increased city costs and they still love to ram up yours just as a...

My brother and I came to town from Vancouver Canada šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦šŸ for a few Padres games on June 24th 25th and 26th 2024 vs Washington. And we were pleasantly surprised at how organized the store was and not to mention the very friendly staff as well. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. And even gave us some information and tips as well about the Stadium as it was our very first time to Petco Park. The merchandise was very nice and as all team stores had way more and different items than what the MLB, Fans Edge and Fanatics sites have. $400 proves that lol. Thank you very much to everyone at the Padres Team Store šŸ˜€
