We purchased several souvenirs for friends, family and ourselves during our stay in San Diego; including a couple small versions of the iconic kissing statue as gifts. Unfortunately on the flight home the plastic statues were damaged in our checked luggage. I contacted Hamza Umar the owner of Great Souvenirs of San Diego to explain what happened and asked if he could possibly ship me two replacement statues. Hamza was very understanding and without hesitation took the time out of his busy day to securely pack and ship the new statues which arrived safely within days. That is what I call customer service!!! Plus his great location, selection and prices are why I would highly recommend Great Souvenirs when shopping for keepsakes...
