Total scam. They sold me skin care a few months ago and were so aggressive with their sales pitch telling me I could improve my under eyes area. The guy told me that “just this one time” they’ll use the employees discount for me. It came with two free facials. Facials were good. The girl was super nice. At the end of the facial, you meet with a sales person. The guy was very unprofessional. First off, my good friend came in about 3 minutes into the pitch and the guy said “is this your body guard or something.” I said no just a friend. Then I inquired about the wand of different lights machine they had (red, blue, green) and he says it retails for about 20k I think he said which was insane. Then said he can do a one time deal of 3k. I got it down to 1.5k… it was the same sales pitch as the other guy saying “just this one time I’ll use my own discount code on this.” I even started laughing because of how ridiculous the sales pitches are. I told him I’ve been thinking about a face mask for $500 from Dr. Dennis. Once I told him I will not be purchasing his item, his demeanor changed and he said “enjoy your Amazon led light.” And then said “bye body guard” as my friend and I headed out of the store. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous sales tactics. Do not recommend to anyone. The sad part is I would’ve in the future maybe bought the caviar cream then but because that sales man was degrading and rude I have no desire to purchase any other products in the future. I enjoyed the facial but the sales pitch to finance $17,000+ worth of take home skincare was INSANE to me. (They don’t want to sell you a membership for facials, they aim to get you to buy years worth of overpriced products that you’ve never heard of.) I’m almost 50 so I buy medical grade skincare products at a medical spa. I know that “gold or caviar” skincare sounds fancy but they won’t repair aging skin. Most notably, it was really creepy that the sales guy told me that I “looked relaxed” as I was getting my facial and that he was watching me on camera. Yes, they watch clients on camera while you’re in the treatment rooms! And be on guard for the high pressure sales tactics after your treatment. While I would have bought a package of facials with the Esthetician that did my treatment, I wouldn’t buy any of those overpriced products!
