I came to these reviews to see if anyone else had a racist encounter at this specific location. When I came in to buy some silverware as a birthday present to myself, I went up to the checkout counter, this was on a Thursday afternoon when the mall was not busy at all. When I approached the counter the woman who was on register at the time, she looked like she may have been the manager, would not look up at me or acknowledge me in anyway I waited for at least a minute before I finally said hello because I knew she knew I was standing in front of her and she still did not try to help me She said someone will be with you. I felt very taken it back because I didn’t understand why she was being short with me when all I was doing was trying to check out at a store, like that’s what you do at a store. Eventually another sales associate came to the front to help me and she was very pleasant super helpful. She’s the only reason I’m leaving any stars at all because she was so kind to me. I think I shouldn’t have to beg for professionalism when all I’m trying to do is buy fairly expensive silverware from a Williams Sonoma. The whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth, I felt that this was a racist experience, I am a woman of color and the manager was an older white woman so I don’t think it’s far-fetched to say that there was a reason she thought it was ok to flat...

It’s a great store overall. I saw this espresso machine on Amazon but would deliver in 2 days. I saw for the exact same price in Williams Sonoma- so I decided to go buy it.

I’ve arrived to this store and the associate said at first the deal was due to yesterday. Then he checked again and said it’s still on. He went to the storage room and told me they ran out of it and I could find it in the other store.

I went to the other store and told them this situation. They called to this store (this associate was busy and she told them to leave him a message).

In the meantime they brought me this espresso machine and sold it to me. A minute after they sold me the associate called them back and said HE NEVER SAID IS WAS ON SALE ANYMORE.

So he basically made me drive to the other store and lied to me and to the store manager. Made me seem like a fool, and a liar, and made me feel...
