Came into the store to see how much they would charge to resize and redo my ring and to clean it up I didn't expect what I got when I picked it up but first let's talk about when I dropped it off the man in the front he was alone he was extremely polite very nice and very professional he tested all the diamonds and the gold in front of us and then he told us when it was going to be back he said it'll be back Thursday and we left we came back Thursday today walked in everybody was polite and kind and nice customer service was great my ring looks amazing it looks better than it did when we bought it it is beautiful I would definitely go back again and I plan on going back to buy some jewelry. Five star service! Fabian was extremely helpful, gave very clear quote for the service. We needed 2 wedding rings to be resized. Communication by text messages was very convenient and helpful.

Fabian provided clear directions how to find store and when to expect rings to be ready for the pick up. Upon arriving to pick up rings, there was another gentleman (unfortunately don’t remember his name), we were greeted very politely, offered bottled water; our rings were ready and not just resized perfectly to match our fingers, they were also polished.
