My Fiance was referred to "The Diamond Connections" from a friend and he decided to work with Adam and all the employees here at the Diamond connections. My Fiance came by multiple times to find the right Diamond and the right prong setting for me. All the staff was always welcoming to him and he enjoyed viewing all the best grade diamonds and prong settings. After he found the "ONE Diamond and Prong." My Fiance proposed to me with this Beautiful Ring. Once I received my ring, we came back to get it sized and cleaned with their steamer! The rings took approximately 2 weeks to come back and ready for pick-up.

Now a couple of months later, we came back to get my Wedding Band. The Diamond Connections had a wedding band that was produced 100 years ago and somehow when my engagement ring and the wedding band became a set - it looks just super gorgeous and romantic. We then customized my wedding band to have a few more diamond stones on the sides to match my Engagement ring. Wallah - in the picture that you see is my Diamond Ring Set. TIP: You can always call in advance if you would like to set an appointment, all their jewelry is custom made (you can show them anything you like online) and arrives within 2-3 weeks tops which are quicker than other local jewels esp. during COVID times.

Parking Status- They have 3-4 parking spots and lots of street parking. You will never have to worry about finding parking.

I looked ALL over San Diego before I finally decided to buy an engagement ring from The Diamond Connection. This place had –hands down– the best prices and even more amazing customer service than any of the other (10+) jewelry stores I went to. The first time I went in Adam and Ryan stayed with me an hour past their closing time while I was looking at their diamonds. They brought multiple diamonds out in my price range that were much nicer stones than I had seen at any of the other places and I was so amazed with the great service and prices that I bought the ring on the spot.

This place may be small but it is THE place to go for an engagement ring. Period. Go inside and look at the huge selection of different engagement rings (all custom made, probably 10-15 times as many as anywhere else). All of their diamonds are certified by the exact same certification agencies that Jared, Robbins Bros, David and Son’s, John Franklin and all of the other overpriced jewelry stores get theirs from, only since these guys have a smaller store they have less overhead and don’t have to charge you the 50%+ markups all of those other stores charge.

Don’t take my word for it. If you do anything at least go check these guys out. You’d be making a mistake not doing so. If you have a bad experience there then come back and post a response.

Also, in comment to the review that says they have a no refund policy: all I had to do was ask and they even gave me one for 45 days.

Do your research everyone, this place...

This store is incredibly special to me. Let me start by saying that I am very picky about my jewelry and my boyfriend at the time was very concerned about picking the right ring. He wanted my input and I had a list of stores that I was interested in going to. The Diamond Connection was the first store we went to and I just happened to see the perfect ring right away. It was the first one I tried on and it fit perfectly, no need to resize! It is an amazingly beautiful, unique, platinum and diamond ring (with a touch of yellow gold on the sides). the attention to detail on this ring is amazing. Not that they didn't have a wide selection of rings, there were plenty to choose from and in many different styles.

When it came to the wedding bands we went back to The Diamond Connection. We found the perfect band for my then fiance however the band I was interested in was beyond the price we were willing to pay. No worries, they said, "we can make you one just like it and at a price you can afford!"...and they did.

That was 12 years ago. I am still just as in love with my ring as I was the first day I saw it. I went back today to have them take a look at it and they were just as amazing as I remembered. Their customer service is bar none. They are friendly, attentive, personable and knowledgeable. They even cleaned my rings for me, which after I saw the finished product was a really good idea!

The store is small but mighty. Believe me when I say it is where you want to go if you are looking...
