Even before Mr. Moto’s had their train wreck of the free pizza giveaway, they always had poor service, especially at this location. I just feel like the employees are very short with customers and always upset/depressed looking. The quality of the pizza is objectively good, but the execution of getting a pizza to the customer in a timely manner (if at all) is severely lacking. They are also way to expensive for the pizza imo, if I want to pay $30 for a pizza, I would just go to tribute or sisters pizza. UPDATE: Mr. Motos honored their word and worked to get me a free pizza, which I greatly appreciated. I will say when I went to go pick it up, there were still a couple hiccups, and the employees that staff the place seem generally In a bad mood. Good pizza, but not going to be a regular spot for me.

We just moved in the area and had a $5 off a large pizza and wanted to give Mr. Moto Pizza a try, called in a pizza and was told it would be 15 minutes. This was not the case... I walked on over and made it there in 15-20 minutes, the lady working seemed very confused about my order, and some man that was working in the back came over and was pretty cold and walked away. Paid for it, tipped and continued to wait.... And wait.... From when I made the call that I ordered the pizza to picking it up finally and out the door was 54 minutes. Quite disappointed in their service. Their pizza itself is yummy and good quality, service is a major turn off and was a huge bummer. So if you expect to order pizzas, allow them much longer than their "expected" ready time.

Quick and easy! Prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for quick bite of pizza 🍕 on a rainy day and don't want to settle for big franchised pizzahut or papa John's, then this is the spot for you when you're in this area. We came at 9 before they closed so not much variety of pizza to choose from. We got a slice of simple pepperoni pizza and also a slice of cheese and tomato pizza whatever that was.. They were good. Garlic knots were GOOD but the marinara sauce WAS THE BOMB. You will want that sauce for everything. Overall, i like that the food here was not too greasy. If you like cheesy, greasy deep fried style pizza, then this is not the place for you. I look forward to come back and try their buffalo pizza!

I have always loved this place for a quick pickup of a few stuffed garlic knots and have found the employees to be just fine, In terms of politeness anyways, and very efficient in the prep and packing of the food, just not warm and fuzzy. Which is fine by me and I would rather have than the reverse! 😁

So tonight I decided to order out a friend’s birthday dinner rather than cook. I ordered all of the different garlic knots, 1 each of the stuffed and 2 regular, which are their best dishes, imho! Also ordered for 2, a Chicken Caesar Salad, Spaghetti w/Meatballs and Ricotta Cheese and a single serving chocolate cake to put a few candles in and sing! Total would have been about $5x.xx but I signed up for the app and created an account and they offered 25% off my first order which brought my total to approx. $39.xx.

Pick up was simple, since I paid through the app, guys were polite and efficient, order had all that was required (I tipped in cash, rather than on the app, old school and there were no objections, lol! Side note that this chain is cashles and you must pay with a card, even in person!) and everything was wonderful.

Especially enjoyed the salad, the chicken was shredded into perfect bites and the spaghetti was good, meatballs great! There were even leftovers, which easily left us both a light lunch to take to work with a little of everything. My only complaint is I think the spaghetti may need a little more sauce for day 2, but more of a personal preference than a complaint. Will not be ordering like this regularly, but it will definitely be in rotation for quick pickup meals and my need for regular stuffed garlic knots....

If you follow my reviews, they are mostly positive about our local businesses. As a business owner, I believe everyone has an off day. I regret to say that my recent experience with Mr. Moto Pizza was so disappointing, I had to post this. Despite our company being a frequent customer who usually enjoys their pizzas, this delivery experience has left me incredibly frustrated.

The pizzas, while average in quality, arrived cold – a significant letdown given that I had specifically set the delivery time through their app and confirmed it via phone two days prior. On the day of delivery, I received a call 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was particularly problematic as it was for 0ur annual company team meeting. No one was available to receive the order at that time.

To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with was not only unapologetic but also rude. When I expressed my concerns, she nonchalantly stated, "I have no time to deal with this," and accused me of possibly selecting the wrong delivery time. This dismissive attitude and lack of helpfulness were beyond disappointing and entirely unacceptable.

As a business that values customer service, we have no choice but to reconsider our options. Given this recent experience, my team and I will not be returning for delivery nor will we recommend Mr. Moto Pizza for corporate or personal orders in the future. It’s a shame, as we used to enjoy this establishment, but the customer service fiasco was a deal breaker. Mr. Moto Pizza - Mission Valley is now...

Let me start off by saying that I really enjoy Mr. Moto pizza. I've been to many locations throughout the county and haven't had a negative experience until we visited the Mission Valley location. On this day, it seemed the store was being run by older teenagers, which isn't a problem. They just weren't very professional. We ordered 2 slices and a drink each to go as we were going to eat them soon. The slices were "ready" pretty quickly and brought to us in 2 separate boxes, torally fine. Except the voxes felt lyke warm on the bottom, and they are usually warm to hot to the touch. The place we ate was less than one mile away. Once we arrived, we opened the boxes and took the first bite, and the pizza was cold. The cheese was barely melted, and the sauce barely warmed through, and the crust wasn't crisp at all. It was a very underwhelming experience from the other locations, and we were dissatisfied with the service and food. We will go to the other Mr. Moto locations because we believe this was a one-off occurrence. We will check back with this location in the near future and will give an updated review. The Mission Valley location needs...
