On 11/07/2020, I ordered one pizza and wings via the app. The ordering on the app worked and payment was confirmed and went through. We just had to wait for the food. Some time passed and I checked the app and tracked the order. It said that it was on its way. More time passed and I didn't get any notifications. I checked the app and it stated that the food was delivered. I looked out my door, and nothing was there. There are only four other units in my complex, so I went to look at my neighbors and knocked and asked all of them, and none of them received anything. Idk where the food went, but it wasn't where it was supposed to be. I contacted customer service immediately after for a refund and was told that I was going to get refunded, my back account still doesn't reflect the refund. I've sent two emails, and no response from anyone. So, yelp and every review site is my last resort until they refund me. I shouldn't pay for food that never made it's way...

But recently I've seen a huge drop in the quality of food and they keep getting my orders wrong repeatedly and refusing to make it right. I've ordered a pepperoni pizza, and they keep giving me a plain cheese pizza, and they have done this 2 times in a row and wouldn't give me the right one when it was brought to their attention.
