Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Dimas

On 11/07/2020, I ordered one pizza and wings via the app. The ordering on the app worked and payment was confirmed and went through. We just had to wait for the food. Some time passed and I checked the app and tracked the order. It said that it was on its way. More time passed and I didn't get any notifications. I checked the app and it stated that the food was delivered. I looked out my door, and nothing was there. There are only four other units in my complex, so I went to look at my neighbors and knocked and asked all of them, and none of them received anything. Idk where the food went, but it wasn't where it was supposed to be. I contacted customer service immediately after for a refund and was told that I was going to get refunded, my back account still doesn't reflect the refund. I've sent two emails, and no response from anyone. So, yelp and every review site is my last resort until they refund me. I shouldn't pay for food that never made it's way...

So I believe you close that 9 when they close early then The Times they have enlisted 2 to the fact of I came over here. I couldn't place an order online, I don't know if it's a glitch in the system or the have something down around our area but I came and drove all the way down here just for them. Tell me they don't have pizza cooked and they close at 9. But yet 20 minutes early, they already have the registered zone. Everything they don't wanna cook. They don't wanna do their job. And I'm speaking of today, is this my experience? So when they say 9 o'clock, they really mean 830 with the people that are working...

This Little Caesars Location used to be good. I've been coming to this location once or twice a week for the last 3 years. But recently I've seen a huge drop in the quality of food and they keep getting my orders wrong repeatedly and refusing to make it right. I've ordered a pepperoni pizza, and they keep giving me a plain cheese pizza, and they have done this 2 times in a row and wouldn't give me the right one when it was brought to their attention. So now they lost a customer. I definitely won't be coming back to this location! Hire some better employees who can actually read the...
