The AMC theatre showcases most of the recent movies, including Bollywood movies. Its conveniently located on Van ness and has Mel's Diner right there, along with a lot of other restaurants. I saw, A Star is Born recently. I really liked the movie. Lady Gaga was wonderful as the main protagonist. Bradley Cooper played mentor and gave a great performance as an accomplished musician. This place used to be the first Cadillac sales location on the West Coast back in the 1930s. The place still has that kind of class to it. It's very regal inside. The whole design of the place is to be "classy". It still is. It's kinda cool to watch a modern movie in the place. We just saw "Venom" on the big screen.
