Careers In Nonprofits — Local services in San Francisco

After reading the posted reviews, I wish I could say my experience was the same. Unfortunately, quite the opposite, non-existent actually. I’m originally from Colorado and worked as a civil servant for the City & County of Denver for 25yrs (Denver County Court, Department of Aviation/Denver International Airport). I have “hands-on” experience as a Courtroom Clerk, Purchasing Agent, HR Supervisor/Trainer, Contract Administration. I do not possess any degree. I initially had a phone screening with a kind young man named William that let to an interview with Devin Ontiveros. She seemed nice, we chatted, she typed. She mentioned only one possibility that she said she would check into and asked me to check in after a couple of days if I didn’t hear from her. No personal information was asked for (ID, driver’s license, passport, etc). I walked away with a gut feeling that I wasted her time. I followed up a couple days later and I did receive a response that day from Devin via email stating she would keep me updated regarding any opportunities. That was it. That was December 18, 2018. I haven’t heard anything since. After receiving complete silence and after reading these reviews, it’ has only has left me with a reality impression. I’m too old (49 years young) and I’m the wrong gender. There are many fellow human beings like myself who are starting second careers in this stage of life. We’re not obselete. I really do hope that many younger candidates/professionals of all races, gender, and sexual orientation are given the opportunity and a chance to pursue a career in service within nonprofits. I chose not to privilege this establishment, especially "Devin", with the opportunity to profit from my labor because all of their reviews are clearly fake. Why do I believe this?

They're all posted 5 years ago, none before or since.

Most are in the identical writers "voice".

My guess is that their author was likely Devin, or an associate thereof, as every last one glowingly praises her. How transparent can u be, Devin?

Of their 16 claimed reviews, 9 were single reviews posted by ppl with no friends nor followers nor activity here beyond this, & 4 had 2 reviews in total.

I finally found a legit review that had curiously failed to display but found from a text clip that referenced when the word "information" was used. He gave a very detailed account of his experience of Devin, in particular, & gave CNP one star (the default lowest)...

Ergo, only an idiot would trust these reviews or this business. Better to take your profit power to a more trustworthy...
