I was able to visit the Chinatown Visitor Information Center for the first time and I was impressed by the greetings from the customer service staff. Close to useless. You can get the free maps. No info on where the sights are. If there are more than 2 visitors at a time they consider themselves busy. You’ll bother them if they are eating behind the counter. By the way, they are not the ones offering the tours, but you can get the tickets here if they can be bothered selling...
