My experience with both the Santa Rosa and SF stores has been superb. There is a huge variety of items, some less expensive and some more, but the quality is very high! And I must state that their customer service (Petrok—not sure of spelling—in Santa Rosa, and Greg in SF) was the kind of thing we don’t find anymore. They handled both of my purchases very professionally, were super helpful, and in the case of my SF purchase, were willing to make sure I got my couch into my apartment (NOTE: the LUGG guys could NOT do it, but the Design Plus delivery guys did!). Great place to find really unusual/unique/beautiful things. Two of my absolute favorite pieces of furniture in our house came from here, our couch (which gets a ton of compliments) and our bar which is the bar of my dreams and I never thought I'd ever have anything like it. We also got a set of 6 dining chairs that suit us well. All for very reasonable prices for what they are. They do have quite a few things completely out of reach for my budget.. but it's fun to browse through and the range of items and prices means I can likely find...
