My husband and I went into this store today, me with a cloth mask and hubby in a face shield. The salesgirl kicked my husband out, citing local laws requiring cloth face masks. So embarrassed! We looked it up Later on the SF. gov and it says right there face shields are totally legal in this city. No worries, we spent our money in a dozen other places who did not publicly humiliate us due to completely incorrect information. I've been to this location multiple times to purchase pinned insects for my collection, and the staff is always incredibly kind and welcoming. Jordan was able to help me this time around and he had amazing customer service skills without being too overwhelming, he definitely deserves a raise! Really awesome store to go to ! Lots of very unique artifacts and a black board where you can write where you are from in chalk for people to come from all over the world. Scott was a great person to work with and really helpful and friendly! Truly appreciate this hidden gem and my daughter loves her KALIMBA. I will be giving my high school friend the California redwood tree that I bought that you can go from anywhere in honor of his brother who passed on !
