I had a Grand Marnier crepe and my fiance had his favorite sugar and butter crepe. I was sorely disappointed with my Grand Marnier. I have had authentic Grand Marnier crepe in Paris and have seen how most of the alcohol is supposed to be brûled off. When I got my crepe it was SOAKING in the alcohol. Some alcohol is good for the taste but too much makes it soggy and with a strong taste. My fiance liked his sugar and butter but said there was nothing fantastic about it. I can make a better crepe and for less. Also, one major turn off was the fact that the restaurant was filthy. Trash and compost littered the ground of this restaurant. I noticed that the man who took my order and was passing out food at the same time picked up trash from the floor and thinking he was going to wash his hands throughly, he sprinkled them with water and proceeded to hand me my crepe... OMG!!!!! Ew. If I am going to eat crepes, I expect to hear French music (Vanessa Paradis peut etre?) not Daddy Yankee and Pitbull. Such a let down. I was expecting a bit of France in San...
Read moreMy family and I stopped by in hopes of buying a sweet treat from here but the service was awful. I had my dog with me who was leashed and IS A SERVICE ANIMAL. This information can clearly be seen on her collar and if further information needed it could be confirmed with documentation. I was told by the woman in the cashier that she could not come in with me bc “No Pets Allowed” but I proceeded to tell her she is a service animal. The employee takes another look at me and my dog and says “no she is not”. I found this extremely rude and disrespectful bc she flat out claimed I was lying. Simply because a person is standing and walking does not mean they are not disabled and are eligible to have an animal that provides them in service in their day to day life. Due to this we simply left and did not purchase anything from this store. I hope this does not happen to anyone else, and for the sake of this business place please know that service animals are required...
