I went to Only In SanFrancisco tonight. They had signs in the store saying they can ship your items. I asked the young man working there. The requirements for the shipping. He told me I would need to send $100.00. My husband said great we are over $100.00 already. I asked how much do they charge to ship and if there was any restrictions on where he could ship. He called someone and then told us as long as a purchase is over $100.00 shipping was free and they could ship to Texas. I said ok I would like for them to ship my items. Him said ok and gave me a shipping form to fill out. As a finish the form a middle age lady came in he told her I wanted them to ship my items. She looked over my shipping form and receipt and told me they would get the items shipped. We left the store happy. We weren't gone more than 10mins and the lady called me and ask me to come back to the store. The lady explain to me they where going to have to charge me $15.00 for shipping. I was very surprised and said I spoke with the young man and he called someone and he told me I had to spend $100.00 in order to get free shipping. She said she spoke with her shipping guy and they said it has to be over $150.00. She said she looked over the store and they didn't have it posted any where. The lady apologized for the inconvenience. My husband said ok we just do a refund. The lady pointed to a sign and said no refunds. I said I understand that but we have not even took possession of the products. I explained don't work at the store and if the employees don't your policy's how do you except the customers to know. Great shop to find all sorts of souvenirs. From my experience, it had the greatest amount of options compared to all the other shops on the pier.

Their customer service is also INCREDIBLE! I mailed a bunch of souvenirs to friends (by going to the post office, not through this shop), but one of the mugs broke when shipping. I no longer had the receipt to make a claim, but I called the store to see if they could help me. At first it seemed hopeless, but I knew what day I had made the purchase, and I could remember most of the items I bought. I described a few of the items to the person on the phone, and she found the items in the shop to get the SKU number, and then looked up my receipt based on a few of the items' SKU numbers and date! I confirmed with the last 4 digits of my CC number (can't look up by CC only), and then she scanned the receipt and emailed it to me!!! I thought it was a long shot, but within 15min I had the receipt so I could make the claim! Definitely an example of going above...
