I was recommended to come here but it’s impossible to speak to anyone at any of the two locations. In June, I would call, leave voicemails, and submit requests online. I finally got a hold of someone at the Gough location but she sounded rushed to give me info and said the Cow Hollow location has more availability. I was then able to speak to someone at the Cow Hollow location but decided against getting treatment here.

Fast forward to Sept, I was again recommended to come here so I tried calling both locations and left a request online for both locations asking to call me, in the hopes that at least one location would respond. Instead I receive a text from the Cow Hollow location asking about my availability to schedule a consultation, so I had to ask them again to call me as I had questions. Someone else responded to the text telling me they will call me now but I didn’t get a call until later as the manager at the Cow Hollow location was trying to understand what had happened before calling me, which I appreciate but the person texting me should’ve communicated that. Note that I never received a response from the Gough location.

The manager at the Cow Hollow location was very nice, apologized, and listened to me. She took the time to find out what was happening before calling me. She mentioned it looked like my texts from June from the Gough location were closed out for some reason. While I appreciated the call, I don’t think it should be this difficult for clients to speak to someone and get basic info before deciding to schedule a consultation or treatment. Their texting system also needs a lot of improvement - multiple people are responding and not really addressing the request. Everything seems disorganized for such a well established place.

They make you feel pampered and luxurious while you receive state-of-the-art medical treatments. And you can tell all the clients feel that way -- they actually look younger going out than they did when they came in.

They have honestly taken years -- make that decades -- off my face, and more recently they have been taking inches off my waist and even under my chin.

Hayes Valley Medical & Esthetics helped me from the moment I picked up the phone, dialed their number, and gave me a warm greeting. Setting up an appointment for a consultation was almost as painless as the cool-sculpting itself (noted I have a higher pain tolerance than most). I’d done what research I could online, gathering facts and reading reviews, both on places and the treatment. I choose Hayes Valley Medical and brought with me a list of questions and concerns. When I went to my consultation and met with Kaynaz, we talked about what I wanted, what was to be expected and how to maintain my newly found self. I did list off my questions and Kaynaz was ready for me. She was on point and settled any doubts that I had and felt better about the treatment and myself. We decided on my plan and I came in days later and had my first session. TBH, I was completely relaxed. Kaynaz talked me through the process step by step, what she was doing, placement of the cool-sculpting apparatus, what it would do and how and when my body will feel pain.
