I have struggled with eczema for over two decades. Most recently, it has flared up intensely around my neck and mouth (perioral dermatitis). Over the years, I have seen dermatologists and an allergist to help find the cause and keep my symptoms at bay. I have tried multiple prescription ointments (steroid/non-steroid) and over-the-counter lotions. I have even tried to adjust my diet to avoid foods I believe were triggering the flare-ups. Nevertheless, nothing seemed to work, and I was even growing resistant to my prescription topical ointment. Not only was I becoming very self-conscious about my eczema, but I was also getting frustrated that nothing was helping.

Out of curiosity and a bit of desperation, I decided to try acupuncture. I read positive things about it and figured it would not hurt to try despite my fear of needles. I have been going to Juheng Acupuncture for about four months now, and I can honestly say it has made a significant difference. The treatments have helped calm my skin, reduce flare-ups, and improve my overall well-being. I feel more balanced, and for the first time in years, my eczema feels manageable. I now look forward to my visits as I find it very relaxing! My treatment started with herbal teas along with twice-a-week acupuncture visits for about 6-8 weeks. Acupuncture treatment is very new to me.

I had a pinched nerve on my neck and could not turn my head properly. I decided to get acupuncture treatment for the pinched nerve and visited the Juheng Acupuncture. I was a bit scared to get a bunch of needles in my back. However, even right after the first acupuncture therapy session, I could turn my head with minor pain. The next day I had the second session, and my neck got back to normal, and I could turn my head freely without any pain. I felt it was a miracle compared to my previous similar incident. I had a similar pinch nerve on my back about 17 years ago; it took about six months to get healed after numerous visits to chiropractors and physical therapy sessions.

I had chronic foot pain in both my feet last two years and had treatment from a podiatrist. With my feet aching, I have been using custom-fit orthotics, anti inflammatory pills, and steroid shots on my feet. None of these treatment helped to release the foot pain. With the successful result of my pinched neck, I discussed my foot pain with Dr. Chun and whether he could treat my foot pain. ALERT: DECEITFUL AND FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! Doctor Chun and Zenna (con-artists) are fraudulent and dishonest people. They operated a deceitful business by Japantown San Francisco. I went to this place for an acupuncture session on 10/13/17 and "Doctor" Chun boasted that his herbs infusion products (which are nothing but ordinary tea bags) cure ailments and work miracles then used high pressure sales tactics to push aggressively his "miraculous" products on me. On 10/17/17 I discovered that they overcharged my credit card for $380 dollars instead of $3.80, so I called them on 10/18/17 to demand a refund. They agreed on returning the money and then minutes later they called to say they won't be giving me my money back. These people talk so NASTY on the phone and in person. I reported this con-artist and the fraudulent practices with the California Acupuncture Board, Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and left a negative review for them on Google business and Yelp. Yelp hid my review and conveniently is only showing positive reviews for this fraudulent business. It is uncertain the number of negative reviews that Yelp is hidden for them, but I can produce the review I posted directly from Yelp website to serve as evidence. I want this fraudulent company to reverse the charge of $380 made on my credit card immediately. They need to give me my $380.00 dollars back immediately to resolve this matter.
