If Alma is the manager of the store, I won't call. I went there last Friday, after work, around 610PM. I was trying to pay for my elderly father, who is pretty much SIP due to his age and medical conditions. I wanted to pay 3 months at once, because it's difficult for me to drive there and pay monthly.

Alma was there, but informed me that I could not pay three months at once. She said I should have told her my intention to pay 3 months ahead when I told her my father's number. I never had this problem before. I didn't have any issues when the nice young man was there. She told me that I can either pay one month, and return tomorrow for another visit to pay 2 remaining months, or pay all three tomorrow. Either way, I would have to return another day.

I thought this was odd, so asked her if she can void her current screen and start over and let me pay 3 months while I was already here. She told me no. I don't know why she refused to help me. I was polite and I had a mask on, and kept my distance. I left and returned another day. I'd still like to know why she...

Bad experience. I went into the MetroPCS store in the Fillmore center, and the young man working there was not very helpful. I asked him if I could a free phone, as my current MetroPCS phone had died. He said flatly no, without explaining that no carriers really provide free phones anymore. Not knowing that there were no longer free phones, I said that I thought other carriers offered free phones and said that I was surprised that they would not replace a 3 year old phone for free, and would consider looking elsewhere to see if there were free phones. He just said "goodbye"...

Dont go here . They close at 7pm but it was 6:50pm at the time i tried to go in . But the Man didnt let me in and said it was closed . It was one African American in there getting helped and there were 4 workers in there just talking . When i walked away i seen them let another african american man with dreads inside to pay a phone bill . If you guys know about the area it is a ghetto neighborhood and smelly . Dont go here .
