Horrible dishonest store. Stay away. They lie to you, they upsell you without telling you, they include stuff you don't ask for on the bill, they don't tell you the policy. For instance, if you have a phone line with Metro PCS and get a new phone, they won't tell you the phone is not refundable nor returnable (it would be for 14 days for a new line). Some clerks speak only Spanish and very little English. So they can't explain the fine prints in English, or that they tack on the bill additional services, and they screw you over. Worst customer service. They need to fire the girls there, because the only reason they are in the store is to look pretty. They don't speak English, hidden costs, and lots of attitude. Tried buying a prepay mobile plan that's listed as 40$ on some board in their store. They've put in the sim in my phone for me, then suddenly apparently its 45$ unless u have autopay or sth, another 25 bucks for them to start the plan for u, then another 15$ for the sim card.
