Stay away form ordering from this company! I ordered a jersey for my son from his phone. When I confirmed the order I selected ground shipping and the site said my total was $74.00 or so, which included tax and the GROUND shipping. The website also tells you they will send you an email confirmation which I received but did not open because I saw the total when I completed my order. A week later I was balancing my checkbook and noticed I was charged $200 for my purchase. I opened the confirmation email and saw that they had charged me $137.51 for shipping. When I contacted the company via email they told me I requested overnight shipping. I did not request this and when I asked them to credit my account they refused stating that they had no way to prove there was a glitch and basically too bad so sad. I asked for a manger to call me to discuss the situation and they refused stating that all customer service issues were handled via email. When I requested to return the item they said returns via online orders were not allowed but I could exchange the item.
