1.0 star rating 1/16/2018 Bought a sweat shirt with my 14 year old daughter here, when we started to leave the store, she decided to change the color and when she hastily changed out the sweatshirt - she mistakenly took an XXXXLarge. The very next day we tried to simply change out the sweater for a smaller size. The salesperson refused to let us exchange the sweatshirt for a smaller size and even threatened me. This store is geared mostly for tourist that don't know any better and this store would be better suited for 39 if it weren't for the cannabis accessories, that is a big part of their business. As for the threatening salesperson, well I guess it is primarily a "HeadShop" so I suppose they might need intimidating figures present from time to time. My daughter simply asked that they give the XXXXLarge sweatshirt to a homeless person and we left the store and will never return.

I cannot say better words about this place. I’ve been shopping at this store since 2009 and I’ve never been disappointed. I try to go there every time I’m in the City. The guys are fantastic, super nice and personable. I live in the Midwest so I’m only in the City once every few years but it’s a must on my list. Was in the City this past weekend for my bday. Was shopping there and was talking with the owner’s son? He was super nice and offered to find my shirt size off the rack hanging from the wall. I had no problem looking for my size myself but he insisted. I mentioned that I like to frequent the store when I’m in town and how I lived in the neighborhood several years ago. That started a conversation about how the neighborhood was then and how it is today. I also told him about some shirts I had bought in the past and he knew the ones I was speaking of. I had some questions about pricing and he was very helpful. Set me up with the tshirts I was wanting to purchase and even threw in a free sticker! I love this store!! Let me start off by saying Goodfellas SF has Top Class customer service.

There was an unfortunate mix up during shipping. My order went to one person, and I received that persons. I’ll spare the details but my order was probably worth 10x this other person’s order. Unfortunately, this person seized the opportunity that was bestowed upon them and kept my order.

Goodfellas immediately offered to refund my money. I however, was looking forward to this order as it was the final piece to a set years in the making. Goodfellas worked directly with the artist on my behalf to not only remake the piece, but to remake it to my custom specifications free of charge.

It’s sad that they had to take a loss on the original order, but this is by far the best service I’ve received from a head shop in my years of collecting. I’ll definitely be back in the future.
