Berner and his cookies... oh man where do I even start? I originally ordered the smoke signals hat from them and the same day I ordered some headphones from Japan and literally the headphones came before the hat and I actually live in California. The amount of lag is intolerable. Well I did decide I liked the hat once I got it so I decided I would invest in the red cookies varsity jacket and a cookies pin. Man. Was that a mistake. It took WAY longer than my hat to Arive. I did contact customer support and it seemed as if berner contacted me personally and he seemed pretty sorry actor everything but dude. It still took forever and you didn't compensate me with anything. It came and it was extremely wrinkled. I tried fluffing it in the dryer and the top button fell off... I then tried contacting customer support and after about a solid month of waiting. NOTHING. Basically $120 wasted. Well berner. I'll take this down if you actually start handling your business like a real business owner. Be in it because you can create a great product that people love and makes people feel god.
