Billing is never correct except for the first bill when you signed up. Refunds most of the time do not arrive even with multiple tickets filed. They charge a restoration fee of 49 dollars and it goes into collection the next day the bill was posted. They then have some thuggish lady call from the collection department and adds another hundred to the bill that's nonexistent. This is my bill at the closing of the account, 49 dollars of restoration fee that was posted yesterday, 51 dollars of refund that didn't arrive for 6 months. All of the bills were paid on time and according to the instructions of the staff. The tremendous amount of time I've wasted filing tickets over and over again is ridiculous.
