First time I have ever written a review, Anatoly is that good. tl;dr stop looking around and come in. Play by play below:
I am a male in my late 20s that (1) does combat sports and (2) suffered from a lifetime of poor posture. Because of this, I suffer from chronic lower back pain, shoulder pain, and general muscle tightness.
I came in with acute back and shoulder pain. In 1.5 hours, through a combination of techniques (some of which seemed to be magic) Anatoly released pain and pressure across my legs, back, arm, core, and shoulders. Prior to today, I did not know (1) how much pain I was in and (2) where it was stemming from. This was much more than a massage.
Afterwards, I feel like parts of my body are simply weightless. My posture and flexibility has materially improved. Where there previously was tightness, there is now circulation. My quads now feel like a bag of ropes and not steel pipes.
The solving of my acute issues now has exposed me to secondary and tertiary pain and tightness that was buried under acute pain. I look forward to working on...
Read moreI've been doing CrossFit for almost 6 years and let's be real... your body gets messed up with all the hard work you put it through, so you have to find ways to take care of it. Less than 3 years ago, one of my old coworkers went to Anatoly and would not stop raving about how amazing he was, so I figured I would go check him out. I've been going to Anatoly consistently ever since and have recommended him to countless people. My fiancé also goes to him consistently as well.
Anatoly knows bodies very well and if there is one single thing I've walked away from our sessions learning is everything is somehow connected. I've gone in with a variety of different issues; knee, wrist, back, shoulder pain, and he's shown me that the pain is stemming from another issue in which he proceeds to dig into (e.g. so you're telling me my tight hamstring is caused by pain I feel in my back? What? haha). I've always left our sessions feeling like a new person. Thanks for always taking care of my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have lived around the world and experienced the work of so many massage therapists. Anatoly is simply in a category of his own: the most powerful, the most knowledgeable, the most intuitive, the most efficient in solving the most unsolvable situations. He has relieved me and friends I have referred to him from pain in the upper and lower back, neck, arms, jaw, from migraines and so much more. He is NOT into quick fixes -- he finds the root causes of issues and fixes them for the long run. I went to him for a pain in my arm which had gotten worse (I could hardly write or use the computer) despite countless visits to chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists etc. He fixed it within three sessions. He knows more about the human body and mind than most. He is down to earth and his rates are very affordable. If you have any challenging pain or simply need a deep relaxing massage (the best preventative medicine!), go to one person only,...
