#SFBreakfastcafe is an amazing Turkish Cafe in San Francisco. It was a short walk from our Hotel and we were glad we found this place for breakfast. All their food is made in-house and very fresh. After looking at the menu We decided to go for the Turkish breakfast for one and share it. There was plenty of food for the two of us to experience it all and feel satisfied. The #TurkishBreakfast for one includes. Scrambled Eggs With Turkish Beef Sausage ''Sujuk'', 2 Sigara Borek (Deep Fried Feta Roll), Fries, Pastırma Assortted Platter Of Cheese, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Mixed Olives, Acuka ( Contains Walnuts), Honey, Clotted Cream, Tahini And Molasses, And Warm Pita Bread. It was a pleasure for all the senses. Visually beautiful, smelled so good, nice warm pita, and cool cucumber, and tasted exquisite. It was fun to combine the sweet cherry jam with the savory feta and salty briny olives. The eggs and sausage were a lovely compliment to the roasted peppers, hard cheeses, and warm pita. It was fun to combine the different ingredients. Each bite was a new experience in flavor pleasure. My husband and I enjoyed our luscious breakfast with fresh drip #coffee Fresh #OrangeJuice and aromatic #EarlGreyTea It was a great breakfast and a perfect beginning for us in the morning. I would definitely go back to S F Breakfast Cafe again for more Turkish Breakfast or to try other fresh made food feast....
Read moreWe went to this place by hoping to get Turkish breakfast but we learnt there that they're changing their menu (I don't know how hard it can be to change their menu online). We ended up getting a döner plate, köfte plate, ayran, and cigar börek. At the end we left the place hungry and unsatisfied. If you want your restaurant to be a bare minimum decent place for your customers, here is a couple of suggestions: 1 - If you don't know how to slice and marinate döner, don't sell döner, that's that simple. OR, you can just sell the ground beef döner every other Mediterranean places sell. 2 - Use a decent quality ground beef for your köfte instead of super chevy low quality stuff. 3 - Maybe start improving your cooking by learning how to cook pilaf. 4 - If you don't know how to make smooth ayran, sell premade ones. OR, learn how to make your own yogurt which shouldn't be hard for Turkish. Clean your kitchen utensils to prevent having weird particles in your ayran. 5 - Use fresh and washed vegetables for your salad to make it taste better. 6 - I don't how you guys achieved to make the most bland tasting cigar börek but it was...
Read moreI asked for tzatsiki sauce on my wrap instead of their house sauce and they flat out refused and instead of giving me a side for $1 or something they offered for me to pay an extra extra $8 on a full appetizer just to get sauce for my wrap.I handed them $100 and was told they didn't have change a.k.a $80 at 3 in the afternoon.with how expensive their food is,their regular flow of customers ,being located in a nice neighborhood, and me walking in toward the end of the day their is no way I was "innocently" turned away.It also sucks that It was my go to in emergencies because it was tolerable and just next door although I will not spend my hard earned money with a place that discriminates against customers.if you can't trust your customers who are supporting your income get a bill testing marker or machine.there is absolutely no reason why they don't have one or both of those items already. The point of a business is to make people want to and be able to spend money in your establishment not to focus on actively trying to...
