Pitaya — Local services in San Marcos

I shopped at all the Pitaya’s in the USA. This place here in San Marcos has really cute clothes in TX. But the customer service SUCKS. I should’ve driven to Dallas. They didn’t greet me when I came in, so it didn’t feel welcoming at all. I’ve been shopping at All Pitayas for over 7 years. My fav one is in Broad ripple in Indianapolis.

The girls who work here are rude, made me feel uncomfortable, and I almost walked out without buying anything. I live in San Diego and I was visiting a friend in Houston and we drove to San Marcos to just come to Pitaya. (2 in a half hour drive) A bad experience overall. I will not be going back to this...

I just bought a dress from here while I was in town. The clothes are cute at first glance, & I did appreciate the bolder statement pieces, but that’s where it ends for me. Customer service was lacking, all of the girls working were too busy gossiping to be bothered, & some of the conversations were quite uncomfortable to be honest, & should’ve been had behind closed doors. I spent over 50$ for a dress, & upon leaving, I pulled it out to look at it, & the stitching was already loose & coming apart, so I’ll be lucky if I even get one wear out of it, if that. I went in today looking for a birthday outfit with little to no direction. I usually steer clear of shops like these because the girls have no help attitudes more than not. But miss Emma was so very helpful and had great customer service. She helped me pick out 3 beautiful dresses and really helped build my confidence up. She's also the manager. I unfortunately didn't walk out with anything today. She assured me that when I do come back, she'll be happy to assist again. I'll definitely be back to snag something when it's time. Thank you...
