This review is only related to ordering a Barlow Letterman jacket. The staff there are really nice but this is an online process that you complete in store. The jacket it is not made locally. With that said, we were extremely disappointed with the actual color of the jacket upon delivery. it was a different shade than that of the school colors. My son hardly wore this jacket because of this.
We just ordered another jacket from a local shop that actually makes them here in NE Portland. Cost was similar, but the color was the actual school color and the quality was actually far superior. Called end of the following week to try and cancel my order, and all of a sudden my order was ready to be picked up... but they hadn't called me before I called to cancel.
