This review is only related to ordering a Barlow Letterman jacket. The staff there are really nice but this is an online process that you complete in store. The jacket it is not made locally. With that said, we were extremely disappointed with the actual color of the jacket upon delivery. it was a different shade than that of the school colors. My son hardly wore this jacket because of this.

We just ordered another jacket from a local shop that actually makes them here in NE Portland. Cost was similar, but the color was the actual school color and the quality was actually far superior. The other company orders wool direct from Pendleton. I would list the name but it goes against Google's review standards. I will update this review this week with a side by side picture. Project delivery took twice as long as they said it would. Called end of week to confirm completion and they said next week it will be ready. Called end of the following week to try and cancel my order, and all of a sudden my order was ready to be picked up... but they hadn't called me before I called to cancel. They are now closing and I wont be able to pick up my products until the following work week starts. Dissapointed and would have hired someone else if I knew the ACTUAL product delivery time. I needed something embroidered for our wedding at the last minute, needed a rush on it, and Rock Ranch exceeded my expectations! The price was more reasonable than anywhere else I inquired in the Gresham/Sandy areas, they didn't add extra charges for the rush, the work turned out wonderful, and Cristy there communicated with me the whole time via text to make sure everything was correct before starting the project.
