I don't leave five star reviews often. But nothing about Congress Jewelers is any less than five stars in the way they treat their customers or do business. For the past few years, I've gotten to know Scot and Melissa Congress and many of their employees. They've always greeted me with friendliness minus any sales pressure. While shopping, they gladly clean the jewelry I've walked in with.

Not only have I purchased stunning pieces of jewelry from my Happy Place (Sanibel Island) but I've gotten two very special and meaningful pieces of jewelry repaired. I brought my mom's engagement ring in to have sized for me and they resized it so beautifully, you would never know. They also replaced a missing opal in my mother-in-law's ring that had clusters of opals in it. The opal they set in perfectly matched the others. Just recently, I brought in my ring that I had purchased in the Caribbean years ago. The Ammolite had been irreparably damaged. The ring had sat in my jewelry box for years, as I didn't know anyone who could find a new Ammolite to put in the setting. Congress once again rose to the occasion. They replaced my damaged Ammolite with this absolutely stunning one. They have once again proven how amazing they are. I won't buy my jewelry anywhere else.

It was wonderful to stop in and see Melissa and all there while I was visiting my island home! They are always so gracious! My friends and I enjoyed a summer drink, browsed some and I was able to take care of some necessary upkeep on my rings and earrings! All were wonderful and my items are absolutely stunning!
