Wilford & Lee — Local services in Sanibel

From out of town. Popped in with my wife and 12 year-old daughter for a little shopping. Very nice selection of merchandise. All was well until checkout, when a crabby old woman emerged from the back room (she was preoccupied on a smartphone). Very RUDE; shaking her head in disgust that I was using a debit card as credit. She barked out instructions on how to use the debit/credit machine like I was 7 years old and have never used one before. Very condescending! I look as forward to visiting the Sanibel Wilford & Lee almost as much as the beach!! Shopping here gives me my " fix" to add to our beachy home decor in Ohio!!! Seriously they have really great things at an affordable price. I always bring my daughter " treats" from this shop...and of course for me as well!! Our lamps are my very favorite! I see now they have a website & im going to be visiting that soon!!! This shop is right next to Sanibel Cafe which is always a must visit as well.....you go eat great food then go shop it off!!! Shopping from out of town and was asking a few questions about sale prices! The grandma behind the counter was so RUDE to my 10yr old daughter! My daughter had $30 to spend was was trying to figure out the sale prices. We obviously bothered the woman asking 2 questions!
