Offensively overpriced. I had a stainless steel necklace chain that I purchased at this store a few years ago ($6 a yard) that I needed to replace. Store owner at that time was a man (not sure if the store changed owners?). I remembered the store, so ordered two replacement chains and had my mother pick them up for me. New store owner wanted to charge $19 EACH. My mother thought that was overpriced and requested to only purchase 1 chain, at which point owner changed the price to $25. I appreciate the owners efforts to order the chain online, but next time I'll cut out the middle man and do it myself. The store is absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and fully-stocked with an abundant array of beads, crystals, gorgeous hand-made jewelry, and supplies. I took in a precious abalone necklace that needed restringing and some repair. They did the fix for a very reasonable price, and really took the time to understand what I wanted.
