Hats Unlimited — Local services in Santa Barbara

I WISH that I had read the other review with this same issue, as I would not have gone into the store. The female that was working the morning I came in was completely checked out. NO acknowledgement when I came in, no asking if I needed any help finding anything. And when I did ask for help, you’d think that I was interrupting her morning. Certainty NOT the type of service I would have expected. I normally purchase my hats in the Santa Ynez area where the customer service is great. I won’t return to this shop again. Also: The selection of hats aren’t that impressive either.

I went there two weeks ago and unfortunately I had the same bad service customer experince as other reviewers. I bought 2 hats and spent around 100 dollars and didn't get a decent bag for my hats. Incredibly poor service from the woman running the store this morning. I came in intending to buy a new fedora and a Tilly fishing hat. Asked for help to find the right size and she never left the counter. No one else was in the store.

I asked a second time and she said, there over there and continued to ignore...
