Went in to buy a large sterling silver Byzantine chain after stumbling into the store the day before and liking it. The older woman who worked at the store asked if I was there the day before, I said yes I was. She asked me what I need, I said I was interested in the Byzantine chains (prices, sizes, lengths, etc) and doing my ring size if they could. She says "well we don't do ring sizes and I gave you the price yesterday." I asked about a larger one than the previous day and she says "well I gave you the price then, so" and walks away. I was pretty stunned.
Went to write the prices of the two she told me in my little notebook and she yells "sir, what are you REALLY doing?" Across the shop. I said I was just writing down the prices, I came in to get my ring size but you don't do that, which is fine, and to ask about different sizes and lengths of the chain you have. She says "we're not here to give prices on things"
Insane! I had even gone in to buy $300 worth of silver...
Read moreThe lady that owns or works at this store is aweful and extremely rude. I would not recommend supporting this business because it’s nothing but bad energy radiating from the door and the lady. In my opinion some of the items look fake and they are very over priced. I recently was walking down state street and witnessed her harassing some lovely street vendors who were minding their business selling outside, which they are legally permitted to do. Not to mention they don’t even sell jewelry or any items that compete with her business. I was shocked to see how she was talking to these two young ladies who were being nothing but polite to her. I wish I would have recorded her so I could have reported her. Beware of the horrible energy and customer service. Also the couple times I browsed in the store, she reeked of alcohol and was very overbearing. There are much better jewelry stores in town that actually make you feel valued and...
Read moreWent into this store and was just looking around with my family. The female owner decided to walk over and stand so close to me that I felt uncomfortable. She said a ring was missing very nonchalantly , pointing to an empty space on the pad with rings. I asked her if she felt I stole it. She remained silent. I responded that I didn't take the ring. I felt discriminated against, because she never left my side after that moment. She was rude and I will never step foot into that store again!!!! How does such a rude person keep a business if she runs it...
