Wild Fork — Local services in Santa Clarita

I recently visited Wild Fork, and I am beyond impressed! This brand new store in the SCV is a meat lover's paradise. They have an incredible variety of meats ranging from the traditional beef, chicken, pork, turkey, and fish to more exotic options like rabbit, alligator, yak, and bison. My personal favorite is their selection of Wagyu steaks and other beef cuts. They even have A5 Wagyu alongside more affordable grades.

The pricing is quite fair, especially considering the extensive selection they offer. During my visit, I purchased a boneless turkey breast and some Wagyu ground beef, which I'm excited to throw on the smoker soon.

The staff at Wild Fork was exceptional and very helpful. Liz assisted me and was amazing. She patiently showed me various cuts of meat and answered all my questions. Just a heads-up, all the meats here are sold frozen.

Avoid this place. The cashiers are rude, unprofessional, and clearly have no training. They charged me twice for the same items, and instead of fixing their mistake, they spent over 30 minutes fumbling around trying to figure out how to issue a refund—only to refuse to sell me the items in the end. Seriously?

Not only did they waste my time, but they treated me like I was the problem, not the one who got overcharged. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. If this is how they handle their own screw-ups, I can't imagine how bad it gets when something more serious happens.

I am beyond disappointed in your corporate management and those making marketing decisions for Wild Fork. Why have I not seen ads or received a mailer telling me about your store?! I bought marinated skirt steak last week, i found it strange that it was frozen. I seared it up today after a workout and OMG it’s amazing!

I blame your marketing team for not promoting this location to locals. I have to go to Vallarta, Sam’s Club, or Vons to buy my protein depending on the cuts. These guys have every cut, including full sized briskets!

Best part of all, their prices are very competitive. The meat that i bought was $9 per lb while Vons had it at $18.
