the My experiences at the store have been mostly positive particularly with the owner, Barbara. However, recently I had a humiliating, embarrassing situation at the store by the store manager. I brought two towels I had bought back to the store, tags still on, never used - to see if they would possibly exchange the towels for a different color. The color I bought just did not look attractive. The manager looked at one of the towels and told me there was "peanut butter" on the towel. Mind you, these towels were never used and never came into contact with peanut butter or anything else, for that matter. When I told her that this could not be possible, she raised her voice so that anyone in the store could hear. I was very embarrassed at her accusations. This is a luxury store. I have bought things from the store in the past. The prices are high and the merchandise is beautiful. However, this manager's response was completely and totally inappropriate, I will likely never visit this store again. The customer should never be humiliated! There was absolutely no excuse for...

All of my senses awaken when I enter Pandora's and I dart around like a kid in a candy store. It inspires me to go home and create more harmony in my own world. I chose the colors of my reversible Vietnamese silk bedspread and shams and over the years I have slowly filled my linen closet with cotton, silk and linen sheets. The olive oil soap and the blood orange soap are household favorites and I know that I can always find unique, affordable gifts. The store reflects the sensibilities of the lovely owner, Barbara and she has management and sales staff who have been with her for years. Somehow, they manage to learn about the many diverse items from the far corners of the world and spare no effort to guide you to the ones meant just for you. I absolutely love Pandora's and have shopped there regularly for many years. The selection is amazing and always of the highest quality. The friendly, dedicated, personable staff is very knowledgeable and creative, whether it be for basic bedding needs, sleepwear or fine design details. I place a high value on small, local businesses where I can experience beautiful products firsthand, and when I want or need something pop in and no doubt Pandora's will have multiple choices I can take home to try. In our small town the purveyors and staff of our local shops, like Pandora's, feel like part of my extended family of friends and I very much value them. You certainly don't get that experience...
