This Starbucks location has become my absolute go-to, and honestly, it deserves every bit of praise I can give. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and consistent — exactly what you hope for in a neighborhood café. The staff here are top-tier: friendly, fast, and genuinely kind. I’ve never once felt rushed or brushed off, even during the morning rush.

The drinks are always on point — whether it’s a classic iced coffee or something more seasonal like a shaken espresso with oat milk, they get it right every single time. If you’ve ever been to a location where your drink feels off, you’ll appreciate just how dialed-in the baristas here are. They’re also great at remembering regulars, which adds that personal touch that keeps me coming back.

Cleanliness is another major highlight. The shop is always spotless, from the condiment bar to the seating area. It makes a difference, especially if you’re planning to sit and work or meet up with a friend. And if you are working, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable — huge bonus.

At this Starbucks at 3899 Cerrillos Rd in Santa Fe has terrible customer service although the cashier was very nice she didn't allow me to use my rewards for my entire purchase of four items . I have been saving my rewards to use this weekend. After leaving Starbucks I called customers service and they told me there was nothing they can do without a receipt which the cashier did not give me. While my entire visit to the Starbucks was about 25 minutes long very shortly after sitting down a Domino's Pizza Delivery Man came to deliver a pizza to an employee after leaving 25 minutes later the pizza man was still there waiting for an employee to come sign for the pizza the manager was rude to his employees and the staff look very unhappy. I asked for a large cup of ice and they gave me a small cup of ice so I had to continuously keep coming back for refills altogether my experience was horrible and I'll never return to the Starbucks in...

If I could give less than one star, I would. The employees, including one young male employee with facial hair in particular, need an attitude adjustment in the way they treat customers. Snide remarks after I check if my drink is non-dairy because I have an allergy are not appreciated. The person taking the order had to be re-told it 4+ times because it was obvious that he had zero training, so I wasn't sure if my order went through correctly. Every other Starbucks in Santa Fe, especially at the Albertsons around town, have lovely employees who know what they're doing and treat other humans with respect and kindness. Not to mention, this Starbucks is a pigsty. All the coffee bars and counters (from what I could see in front of the cashier) were a total mess with food-stuffs, crumbs, trash, filters, machine parts, etc. strewn about. It looked completely unsanitary. I miss going to this location before...
