I want to bring awareness to an ongoing concern regarding an individual who appears to be living full-time—7 days a week on a boat docked at Dolphin Marina Slips. However, based on continued observation, it’s clear that this individual is homeless and using the boat as a full-time residence. This seems to be in violation of marina policy, and I believe it's important for all tenants and guests to follow the same rules for the safety and integrity of the community. This is probably the worst marina in the area. The meager bathroom facilities are disgusting. The docks are smooth plastic making them extremely hazardous when wet, which is most of the time. And for the past several months construction on the adjacent apartment buildings has made it essentially impossible to find a parking space. It feels like there is no end in sight as to when the construction will end. Fed up with it all! Had to turn around and go home more times than I spent on my boat....

STAY AWAY really bad practices if you late even days with you rent they will put a lean on your boat even having my check to cash they return it to my , and put a lean anyways this people make there money that way keeping your boats ! , there old docks , leaking restrooms really rude people working there ....
